This policy explains what Signable collects when you use it, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Signable is operated by Techwarelab.

1. What we collect

We collect three kinds of information:

  • Account details — your name, email address, organisation, team members you invite and their roles, and, if you sign in with Google or Microsoft, the basic profile that service shares with us.
  • Content you give us — briefs and notes you type, documents you upload, call recordings and their transcripts, client records you save, and the proposals generated from them.
  • Usage and technical data — pages visited, features used, proposal and Doc Chat counts against your plan limits, approximate location from your IP address, browser and device details, and error logs.

2. Payment information

Card details are entered with our payment processor and handled by them; we do not store full card numbers. We keep the record of your plan, invoices and payment status.

3. How we use it

We use the information to:

  • run the service — transcribe audio, extract requirements, generate and regenerate proposal sections, build diagrams, produce PDFs and email them to the recipients you choose
  • operate accounts, roles and the approval workflow, and send notifications when something needs your attention
  • apply and enforce the limits of your plan, and take payment
  • keep the service secure, investigate abuse and fix faults
  • answer support requests and, where you have agreed to it, send product news

4. AI processing

To generate a proposal we send the material you provide to our AI and transcription providers. They process it to return the result to you.

We do not sell your content, and we do not use the content of your proposals, uploads or recordings to train our own models.

5. Who we share it with

We share information only in these situations:

  • Service providers — cloud hosting, AI model and transcription providers, email delivery, payment processing and error monitoring, each acting on our instructions.
  • Your team — anything created in your organisation's workspace is visible to members with the appropriate role, including managers who review and approve proposals.
  • Your recipients — when you send a proposal, the email and its attached PDF go to the addresses you enter.
  • Legal and corporate — where we must comply with the law, protect rights or safety, or in connection with a merger or acquisition, in which case we will tell you.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your content while your account is active so you can return to your drafts and history. When you delete a proposal or an upload we remove it from the live service, and it clears from backups on their normal cycle.

If you close your account we delete or de-identify your content, keeping only what we need for invoices, tax and other legal records.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to give you a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to a use, or provide it in a portable form. You can also withdraw consent to marketing at any time from the link in any such email.

To make a request, write to [email protected]. We may need to verify who you are, and we will respond within the period the law allows.

8. Security

Access to the service is protected by email verification with a one-time code, or by signing in with Google or Microsoft. Data is encrypted in transit, access within our team is limited to those who need it, and roles and permissions control who in your organisation can create, edit, approve or view proposals.

No service can promise perfect security. Choose strong credentials, keep your account details private, and remove team members who no longer need access.

9. International transfers

Our providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where that happens we rely on the safeguards the law provides for such transfers.

10. Cookies

We use cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in, remember your preferences and understand how the product is used so we can improve it. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, though parts of the app will stop working without the essential ones.

11. Children

Signable is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information; if you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will remove it.

12. Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date at the top. If a change is significant we will tell you by email or in the app.

13. Contact

Questions, or a request about your information: [email protected]. [Placeholder — add the registered company address, and a data protection contact if one is appointed.]
